This Privacy Notice sets out how The Tiny Star Foundation’s Website (“Website”) uses and protects any information that you give to us. Any reference to “we”, “our”, “us”, or the “Foundation” shall mean The Tiny Star Foundation. Any reference to “you”, “your” shall mean, you or any visitor or user of the Website  or any party accessing the Website.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 1, 2021, and shall remain in effect unless and until modified, terminated or replaced in whole or in part by  the  Foundation, in its sole discretion.

The protection of your private information is a priority of the  Foundation. As a user of the Website you are valued by us and we will take appropriate measures to protect the personally identifiable information that you provide to us, and which we collect from you on the Website and which relates to the services, functions, facilities, products and resources offered on the Website.

We do not collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless it is provided to us knowingly and voluntarily. We do not sell personal information.

The  Foundation uses your contact information for in-house purposes only, and it does not share any information about you with third parties. We only gather personal information data, such as names, addresses, zip/postal codes, email addresses, online identifier, unique personal identifier, IP address, account name,  and the like, when it is submitted by a Website visitor. We may also collect anonymous demographic information which is not unique to you. The Foundation is based in the United States of America (“USA”). Our use of your information is intended for use only in the USA and in its territories. If you use our Website and our services, your information will be stored in the USA. The Foundation, however, may use third party services providers that are located outside of the USA.  Content and use of that content is intended to conform to the laws and practices of the USA. Use outside of the USA is at your risk, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and use or nonuse content. By using the Website you agree to indemnify and to hold harmless the Foundation for any failure on your part to so comply.

California residents may request, free of charge, a list of any personal information provided by us to any third parties in the preceding year for direct marketing purposes. A California resident making such a request may contact us but must attest that he/she is a California resident and must provide us with a current California address for his/her response.

The Foundation’s Website and services may contain links to third party sites. Any access to and use of any such links to advertisers are not governed by our Privacy Policy but rather are governed by the privacy policies of those third party’s websites.

The Foundation is not responsible in any way for the information policies of any such third parties.  You agree that we are not responsible for the availability of  such websites and do not review or endorse and shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for a) how these websites treat your personal information, b) the content of such websites and c) the use that others make of these websites.

The Foundation strives to use commercially acceptable means and procedures to protect, and to prevent information misuse and leakage. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we cannot guarantee that its system(s) are absolutely safe and secure. The Foundation Website uses or may use cookies in the future. A “cookie” is a small piece of information that a website assigns to your device while you are viewing the website. The Tiny Star Foundation reserves the right to change, or replace its Privacy Policy from time to time, in its sole discretion. You will be notified of any significant changes in how we store personal information by sending you a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice and updating any privacy information. By your continuing to use our Website and available services after any such changes are made, this shall constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications to this Privacy Policy and your consent/agreement to abide and be bound by that Privacy Policy.
